“Bragpacker”, including all spellings and variations, is a brand/trademark of T-Lab Tradecom Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with its corporate office at A-701, Jaldarshan Apartments, Gandhigram Road, Juhu, Mumbai – 400049.

The following Terms of Use (“Terms”) between you (“you”, “your”, or “User”) and T-Lab Tradecom Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Company”, “Bragpacker”, “T-Lab”) describe the terms and conditions under which you may access and use the Bragpacker website located at www.bragpacker.com and associated mobile applications (“Platform”), including all related services.

By accessing or using any of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

Transactions may also be governed by additional cancellation, refund, or product-specific policies.

1.8 Platform Role

Bragpacker acts as a platform facilitating transactions between Users and Vendors.

2. Special Offers

• Bragpacker may introduce referral programs, promotional offers, or incentive schemes.
• The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel such offers at any time.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity may lead to cancellation of benefits or account suspension.

3. General Conditions

4. Order Acceptance

4.1 Rental Product Availability

Availability depends on timely return of rented products by previous users.

4.2 Delayed Availability

Unavailable products may be dispatched later before the rental start date.

5. Billing

5.1 Payment Authorization

By placing an order, you authorize Bragpacker to charge all applicable fees, taxes, deposits, and related charges.

5.2 User Warranties

• Payment information provided is accurate and complete.
• Charges will be honored by your payment provider.
• You agree to pay all applicable taxes and charges.

5.3 Payment Issues

Bragpacker is not responsible for payment gateway or authorization failures.

5.4 Currency

All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR).

6. Shipping

• Orders may be delivered through Bragpacker logistics or courier partners.
• Users must verify product condition during delivery.
• Rental deliveries may require ID and address proof.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

7. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support. Once dispatch has begun, cancellation approval is at Bragpacker’s discretion.

8. Refunds

Buy Products

9. Default

Failure to comply with these Terms may result in:

• Immediate payment demand
• Product repossession
• Legal action
• Recovery of damages and fees

11. Rent or Try & Buy

Ownership

Rented products remain the sole property of T-Lab or its Vendors.

Rental Term

The rental period begins on delivery attempt date or rental start date, whichever occurs later.

Repairs

Users may not repair, alter, or modify products.

Lost or Damaged Products

Users are responsible for all damages occurring during the rental period.

• Cosmetic damage fees may apply
• Repair costs may be recovered
• Replacement value may be charged for irreparable damage

Late Returns

Late fees apply for delayed product returns.

Security Deposit Refund

Security deposits are refunded after inspection and deduction of applicable charges.

12. Eligibility

• Services are available only for deliveries within India.
• Users under 18 years are not eligible to use the Platform.

13. License

Users receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Website for personal and non-commercial use only.

14. User Conduct

Users must not:

• Upload illegal or harmful content
• Violate intellectual property rights
