This is how the rental process works:

When will the products be delivered/ available for pickup?
We will deliver (or you may pickup) on the evening prior to your rental start date. Our delivery team will contact you on the day, to schedule the same.
How will you refund the security deposit?
We collect a small security deposit to keep bad actors away. Your deposit will be refunded to you within 72 hours of product return. We will seek your UPI/Bank IMPS details for the same. Incase of any defects in the returned product, our damage policy shall apply.

Rental Rules
- You will be asked to provide a government issued photo ID and Address proof before or at the time of delivery.
- For certain geographies and for high value orders, we may seek further KYC information (work verification, social media verification). Refer to our privacy policy here
- You may cancel your rental order, upto 48 hours before your rental start date for a full refund. Refer to our full cancellation policy here.
- We will provide you with a detailed product checklist at time of delivery to record the state of the product delivered to you. It is your responsibility to check the product at time of delivery and any concerns on the product needs to be shared with us within 4 hours of delivery.
- It is your responsibility to use the product correctly and within permissible operating conditions. There is enough material online on all our products for you to be aware of the correct usage. We will not be liable to educate you on the same
- For any damage to the product rented to you, you will be liable to pay us repair or replacement cost as per our Damage Policy – refer it here.
- Refund of your deposit will be done after we undertake a thorough check of the product at our offices – normal refund processing time is 3 working days from product return. Note that our delivery/pickup executives is not equipped to do this check.

I was already in a panic mode when my regular vendor couldn’t arrange this lens for me before my trip to Corbett. Being an avid wildlife photographer, I couldn’t go without a lens, so reached out to Bragpacker for a Nikkor lens 200-500mm.
They arranged the Tamron lens for me within 2 hours. However, since I already made the full payment, they instead of Tamron 100-600mm they gave me Nikkor which I badly wanted. The lens came in a secure cover and was easy for me to carry in my bagpack.. Absolutely loved their speedy service and will be renting this lens in a few days again.. Thank you Team Bragpacker for making me enjoy my wildlife trips to a great extent.. -
I got this lens Nikor 200-500mm as a new product. The seal was opened in front of me. definitely this is a good lens to have and good for wildlife or birding
The behavior and attitude for the Bragpacker staff was professional. Paper work was done in no time and the security deposit was returned a day after the bank details were provided to them on Whatsapp

I hired this lens from bragpackers from 7th to 10th April 2019 for my birding trip to Dandeli. The lens itself is an ace in bird photography. But the whole interaction with bragpackers guys was very pleasant. They are very professional & very helpful. The process was very smooth & quick.. simple but apt paperwork & that’s it .
