When will the products be delivered/ available for pickup?

We will deliver (or you may pickup) on the evening prior to your rental start date. Our delivery team will contact you on the day, to schedule the same.

How will you refund the security deposit?

We collect a small security deposit to keep bad actors away. Your deposit will be refunded to you within 72 hours of product return. We will seek your UPI/Bank IMPS details for the same. Incase of any defects in the returned product, our damage policy shall apply.

This is a high quality touring jacket loaded with all the features you need. Safetech CE Level 2 Back, Shoulder, Elbow Armours, 1200 D Polyester Oxford abrasion resistant fabric, removable Winter Liner and Rain OverJacket, adequate front and back vents. Ideal for long tours in varying weather conditions.

This Mototech Trailblazer Touring Jacket matches or outperforms other jackets in it’s price range across all features. It is ideal for biking trips such as Ladakh, Spiti or even weekend trips in the rain.

• SAFETECH CE Level 2 Back, Shoulder and Elbow Armour. All Armours are Removable.
• 1200D Polyester Oxford fabric used on outer forearms and shoulders to facilitate outstanding
  abrasion resistance and tear resistance for the safety of the rider.
• 6 External pockets: 1 Upper left chest flap pocket, 1 Right Waist flap pocket, 1 Left Waist flap pocket, 1 Right chest water resistant zipper pocket, 1 Quick access right forearm zipper pocket, Rear back pouch flap pocket
• 3 Internal Pockets: 1 Under the main flap waterproof pocket with a earphone eyehole, 1 Inner Chest hidden pocket and 1 Thermal liner hidden pocket.

• You will be asked to provide a government issued photo ID and Address proof before or at the time of delivery.
• For certain geographies and for high value orders, we may seek further KYC information (work verification, social media verification). Refer to our privacy policy here
• You may cancel your rental order, upto 48 hours before your rental start date for a full refund. Refer to our full cancellation policy here.
• We will provide you with a detailed product checklist at time of delivery to record the state of the product delivered to you. It is your responsibility to check the product at time of delivery and any concerns on the product needs to be shared with us within 4 hours of delivery.
• It is your responsibility to use the product correctly and within permissible operating conditions. There is enough material online on all our products for you to be aware of the correct usage. We will not be liable to educate you on the same
• For any damage to the product rented to you, you will be liable to pay us repair or replacement cost as per our Damage Policy – refer it here.
• Refund of your deposit will be done after we undertake a thorough check of the product at our offices – normal refund processing time is 3 working days from product return. Note that our delivery/pickup executives is not equipped to do this check.
