Our “Bragworthy Gear Guarantee” is applicable on every product you rent, which means:
Your rented product will be fully functional, clean & sanitized and in great looking condition.
At time of delivery, if you don’t find it to be as promised, you are entitled to a 100% refund on your rental, deposit and delivery charges.
You can request, actual & recent images of the product before ordering. Ping us on whatsapp to ask.
Your full refund will be processed within 2 hours, on return of the declined product.
Please note:
“Bragworthy” ≠ “Brand New.” Our gear is well-maintained, not unused.
However, we are sure that our products will likely be more reliable and better maintained than anything you can borrow from friends.
95% of our products come in only 1 colour which is what is used in the product images. For those 5% of products, we have colour options (mentioned on the product page). While we will try to provide the colour option of your preference, we don’t guarantee the same. But don’t worry, we stick to only standard, popular colours – nothing too flashy!
Refunds are not extended for size issues, if the size you ordered is the size we have delivered. Ofcourse, wherever possible we will provide an alternate size to you, if available.
