When will the products be delivered/ available for pickup?

We will deliver (or you may pickup) on the evening prior to your rental start date. Our delivery team will contact you on the day, to schedule the same.

How will you refund the security deposit?

We collect a small security deposit to keep bad actors away. Your deposit will be refunded to you within 72 hours of product return. We will seek your UPI/Bank IMPS details for the same. Incase of any defects in the returned product, our damage policy shall apply.

• Accommodates two cameras by allowing them to hang from the right and left shoulders – connected cameras can rest upside-down along the right and left hips so that they can be quickly raised for use
• Durable, brass and zinc-alloy CR-3 connector locking carabineers for each webbing attach to camera or lens’s 1/4″-20 tripod mount with one of two provided Black Rapid FR-5 fastener breathe
• Spring-loaded bumper locks that can be slid up and down the webbings make it especially easy to limit excess camera movement
• Protectors each prevent unintentional user contact with a CR-3 connecter locking carabineer that could cause it to accidentally unlock and helps block a CR-3 connecter from scratching a connected camera or lens
• Front sternum and rear stabilizing straps can be disconnected to create two individual cross-body camera straps for either right of left-handed users
• Even when connected to two large cameras with their attached lenses, the double breathe remains comfortable to wear due to its resilient and breathable mesh pads which cushion the back and shoulders
• The pads’ structure optimizes air circulation between the wearer and the harness, which works to remove and minimize perspiration in warm and hot environments
• For those with a thin or small build, the double slim breathe camera harness can be chosen for a better fit

• You will be asked to provide a government issued photo ID and Address proof before or at the time of delivery.
• For certain geographies and for high value orders, we may seek further KYC information (work verification, social media verification). Refer to our privacy policy here
• You may cancel your rental order, upto 48 hours before your rental start date for a full refund. Refer to our full cancellation policy here.
• We will provide you with a detailed product checklist at time of delivery to record the state of the product delivered to you. It is your responsibility to check the product at time of delivery and any concerns on the product needs to be shared with us within 4 hours of delivery.
• It is your responsibility to use the product correctly and within permissible operating conditions. There is enough material online on all our products for you to be aware of the correct usage. We will not be liable to educate you on the same
• For any damage to the product rented to you, you will be liable to pay us repair or replacement cost as per our Damage Policy – refer it here.
• Refund of your deposit will be done after we undertake a thorough check of the product at our offices – normal refund processing time is 3 working days from product return. Note that our delivery/pickup executives is not equipped to do this check.
