This is how the rental process works:

When will the products be delivered/ available for pickup?
We will deliver (or you may pickup) on the evening prior to your rental start date. Our delivery team will contact you on the day, to schedule the same.
How will you refund the security deposit?
We collect a small security deposit to keep bad actors away. Your deposit will be refunded to you within 72 hours of product return. We will seek your UPI/Bank IMPS details for the same. Incase of any defects in the returned product, our damage policy shall apply.

Rental Rules
- You will be asked to provide a government issued photo ID and Address proof before or at the time of delivery.
- For certain geographies and for high value orders, we may seek further KYC information (work verification, social media verification). Refer to our privacy policy here
- You may cancel your rental order, upto 48 hours before your rental start date for a full refund. Refer to our full cancellation policy here.
- We will provide you with a detailed product checklist at time of delivery to record the state of the product delivered to you. It is your responsibility to check the product at time of delivery and any concerns on the product needs to be shared with us within 4 hours of delivery.
- It is your responsibility to use the product correctly and within permissible operating conditions. There is enough material online on all our products for you to be aware of the correct usage. We will not be liable to educate you on the same
- For any damage to the product rented to you, you will be liable to pay us repair or replacement cost as per our Damage Policy – refer it here.
- Refund of your deposit will be done after we undertake a thorough check of the product at our offices – normal refund processing time is 3 working days from product return. Note that our delivery/pickup executives is not equipped to do this check.

Overall a great experience with this Nikon D500 from Bragpacker. The dustcover proof is very valuable in the Central Indian Jungles, coupled with the memory card. extra battery and the great condition of the camera body proved to be a winner for my safari trips!

For me, this camera has been a real performer, with great snaps under different lighting conditions, including beach, sunsets, sunrises, snow, clouds, landscapes, etc. With its extremely fast and efficient focusing ability you will be amazed at the shots that you click. The camera is slightly on the heavier side but fits snugly into the grip of the hands. It has easy access buttons for most of the frequently used functions for quick change of settings.
This one came with a dust cover and the camera is in a fair condition with some text around the buttons faded through constant use.. A 64GB fast SD card, Extra Battery, Charger and Camera case was provided with the camera. The battery backup is quite strong and can provide 1000+ clicks on a single charge.
This was the second time I rented out this particular camera for my trip to Kashmir, I had rented the same one for an earlier trip to Malvan, Thankyou Team Bragpacker for making my trips more enjoyable and enabling me to create beautiful memories for life!

Device : Wanted to buy this equipment for one of my trip where light conditions were not certain.This went so nice all thanks just to this wonderful D500 camera body. Performance under low light condition is just mindblowing.
Condition of this particular equipment is very very good. They provide it with dustproof cover, extra battery and Quite sufficient capacity Memory SD card.
Just amazing it is.
