How do I rent this product?
This is how the rental process works:
- Select: Add your rental dates above to know the total rental fee applicable.
- Submit: Add the product to cart and checkout to submit your order inquiry. No need to pay at this stage.
- Save: You will receive an order approval email shortly with payment details. Your product is booked once payment is done.
When will the products be delivered/ available for pickup?
We will deliver (or you may pickup) on the evening prior to your rental start date. Our delivery team will contact you on the day, to schedule the same.
How will you refund the security deposit?
We collect a small security deposit to keep bad actors away. Your deposit will be refunded to you within 72 hours of product return. We will seek your UPI/Bank IMPS details for the same. Incase of any defects in the returned product, our damage policy shall apply.

About the Product
The quintessential travel food for so many, made accessible and easy for everyone. Tastes just as delicious as home-made theplas. Contains two packets of 7 theplas each.
Product Features
This is a Pack of Vacuum packed Theplas in 2 sets of 7 Theplas each.
They are pre-cooked Theplas.
Steps to Heat the Thepla:
1. Pan: Do not directly heat the Thepla on a pan with direct flame underneath. Switch of the pan and let it be moderately hot and only then keep the Thepla.
2. Microwave: keep the Thepla in a microwave for 5-10sec only.
3. Steam heat: Keep the Thepla on top of a closed metal vessel which has been used for cooking or boiling water. Do not keep the Thepla while the stove is on for the same.
Consume in 30 days from the date of manufacturing. Store in a cool place.
Theplas are made fresh the next working day of the order, so the order will be dispatched 2 working days from the day of the order.
Rental Rules
- You will be asked to provide a government issued photo ID and Address proof before or at the time of delivery.
- For certain geographies and for high value orders, we may seek further KYC information (work verification, social media verification). Refer to our privacy policy here
- You may cancel your rental order, upto 48 hours before your rental start date for a full refund. Refer to our full cancellation policy here.
- We will provide you with a detailed product checklist at time of delivery to record the state of the product delivered to you. It is your responsibility to check the product at time of delivery and any concerns on the product needs to be shared with us within 4 hours of delivery.
- It is your responsibility to use the product correctly and within permissible operating conditions. There is enough material online on all our products for you to be aware of the correct usage. We will not be liable to educate you on the same
- For any damage to the product rented to you, you will be liable to pay us repair or replacement cost as per our Damage Policy – refer it here.
- Refund of your deposit will be done after we undertake a thorough check of the product at our offices – normal refund processing time is 3 working days from product return. Note that our delivery/pickup executives is not equipped to do this check.
